Installing ICQ

The following instructions will help you install ICQ

ICQ ("I Seek You") is a program that lets you find your friends and associates online in real time. You can create a Contact List containing only people you want to have there, you can send them messages, chat with them, send files, configure ICQ to work with external applications and more.  To get a copy of ICQ go to: http://www.icq.com/download/, and follow the instructions.  After you finish your download follow the setup steps below.  Then go to the ICQ Wizard help page.

Run the ICQ Set Up program that you have downloaded. You will see a window similar to the screenshot on the left.
Click Continue

Click I Agree

Click Next

Click Next if you want the installation to install in the default directory C:\Program Files\ICQ

Choose a different directory if needed.

Select Yes and then click on Next.

Choose a different directory if needed.

ICQ will start installation and the following window will appear. Click on OK to complete installation.
