Note: Select Switch to Category View (left side) if you do not see Pick a category (right side)

Step 3: A list of tasks will appear. Select Set Up or Change Your Internet Connection.

Step 4: This will open a window called Internet Properties with the Connections tab activated. Click on the button that says Setup....

Step 5: This starts the New Connection Wizard. Click the Next button.

Step 6: Make sure Connect to the Internet is selected, then click on the Next button.

Step 7: Click on Set up my connection manually then click the Next button.

Step 8: Make sure Connect using a dialup modem is selected, then click on the Next button.

Step 9: For ISP name, type in ECPI and click Next.

Step 10: For Phone number, type in 647-4736 (Austin Only), then click Next.

Step 11: When you signed up, you chose your username and password.

In the User name field, type the username and in the Password and Confirm Password fields, type the password. Then click Next.

Step 12: Make sure the check box Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop is checked and then click Finish.

Step 13: That's it. You should now have an icon on your desktop that says ECPI. To connect, double-click on it.

Step 14: This brings up the Connect ECPI window. Click on the button that says Dial to connect to the Internet.

Congratulations! Assuming you typed in your username, password and phone number correctly, you should now be connected to the Internet.
