The Amerisuites Dallas Park Central is an inside access hotel loaded with amenities beneficial to baseball teams. The rooms are suites, but not with completely seperate bedrooms from the living rooms (there is a partial seperation). All rooms come equipped with a sleeper sofa in the living area, and either a King or two double beds in the sleeping area. There is a kitchenette in the room with a wet bar sink, dishes, inroom coffee-makers, mini-fridges, and a microwave. The rooms also have hairdryers, irons and boards, 25" TV's, VCR's, and inroom movies. The Amerisuites has a complimentary continental breakfast served in the morning, guest laundry machines, an exercise room, outdoor pool, and business center. The have given us a good discount, and this hotel is very fitting to teams that have needs to sleep more than 4 per room.

Holiday Inn Select is within 10 minutes of the tournament site and had a complete renovation 2 years ago. There is a nice outdoor pool, sauna, full service restaurant, lounge area, separate bar area, fitness room, guest laundry facility, pool tables and a big screen TV located inside the sports bar. Each room comes equipped with 2 double beds, coffee maker, hairdryer, free local calls, 25"TV with access to inroom movies, and dataport phones. A FULL BREAKFAST BUFFET IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE FOR EVERYONE IN THE ROOMS! Very accommodating for sports teams!

Sheraton Park Central Hotel Room rate per DD $69

The Sheraton Dallas Park Central is an upscale hotel with elegantly appointed rooms on the LBJ Freeway. Each room features a large work desk, two modem-ready phones with voice mail, coffeemaker with complimentary coffee, hair dryer, iron and full-size ironing board, and electronic door locks. These rooms have two double beds with in-room Nintendo games. The hotel itself boasts a fully equipped exercise room, heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, guest laundry facilities, room service from Delaney and Murphy's onsite restaurant, martini bar, a self service business center, and complimentary transportation within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. The location will be very convenient to both the Dallas Tollway, Galleria shopping mall, and Hwy 75. The Sheraton is 20 minutes from DFW Airport and 15 minutes from downtown/Love Field. We were very impressed by the rate given by Sheraton Sales Staff. For the rate, the quality of this hotel is exceptional. The pool is larger than most of the other fine hotels in the area. Included in the rate the hotel is doing a chef's choice continental breakfast with assorted breakfast breads, juice , cereal, etc.

Quality Suites Park Central Only Kings with sleepers remain/Room rate per DD $71

The Quality Suites opened January of last year and is an all suite property. The two rooms suites offer amenities such as: inroom coffee-makers, phones with data ports, cordless phones, iron/ironing boards, VCR's, two 25" TV's, hairdryers and mini-fridges. Local calls are free. The inside access property has a business center with fax, computer, copy service, guest laundry machines, indoor pool and whirlpool, exercise room, and sun patio. There is a complimentary continental breakfast in the morning as well as a complimentary cocktail hour M-Th in the lobby. We found the Quality Suites to be in immaculate condition and loaded with amenities. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Embassy Suites Near the Galleria SOLD OUT/Room rate per DD $99

This brand new Embassy Suites is a great upscale suite option, and ranks in the top 10% in guest satisfaction among 149 Embassy's worldwide. We need to make mention of the hotel's location near numerous restaurants as well as the Dallas Galleria shopping mall. The inside access atrium style hotel has an indoor pool and whirlpool, exercise room with free weights, and sun patio. There is a large grassy lot next to the Embassy which the team could use to throw the ball during off time. The hotel serves a complimentary cook to order breakfast for everyone in the morning, and has a complimentary two hour manager's cocktail reception in the evenings. There is a lounge, restaurant and room service, and spacious lobby area near the "swan pond." The rooms are two-room private suites, each with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. You have the option of either a King or two doubles in the living room. The rooms have two TV's with voice mail and dataports, irons and ironing boards, trouser press, hairdryers, vanity make-up mirrors, and kitchenettes with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee-maker. We were very impressed with the Embassy Suites. Nearly every amenity that could possibly be offered is available to you. This is the priciest hotel on the list, and we understand that we have been given a large discount for this area. Your satisfaction with your stay should not be in question should you decide on the Embassy. Exquisite!

Similiar to the Sheraton in amenities, the Westin offers certain teams looking for elegance in their accommodations an affordable option. This hi-rise luxury hotel made our list because of the incredible discount they offered. Inroom amenities include: telephones with voice mail and dataports at bedside and in bathrooms, large desks, inroom movies and Nintendo games, inroom coffee-makers, massaging shower, and irons and ironing boards. The hotel has 24 hour room service, two restaurants, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, and an inhouse business center. There are not guest laundry machines available on the property, but are available next door at the Sheraton. Included in the rate the hotel is doing a chef's choice continental breakfast with assorted breakfast breads, juice , cereal, etc. To conclude our impression of the Westin, the hotel is really quite nice. Luxury at a $79 rate in North Dallas is a rarity; but the hotel has more of a corporate feel than a family appeal.

This BEAUTIFUL property is only 1-year-old with inside access corridors and outdoor heated pool. A fitness room, guest laundry facility, and a free continental breakfast are offered. Each room has 2 double beds, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, free local calls, dataport phones, 27" TV and inroom movie access. This hotel is connected to the Mesquite Rodeo and Convention Center.

At least 14 days prior to your arrival date, the hotel will need a rooming list. This list is important because, well, without it, the hotels may duplicate, misenter, or worse, lose your rooms! Rooming lists also distribute the responsibility of cancelling uneeded rooms away from the team manager's credit card. Rooming lists can also speed up the check-in and check-out processes. Most hotels require rooming lists for groups or they will hold the bookee to a 14 day cancellation policy rather than the standard day of arrival cancellation policy.
A rooming list can be gathered at practice, when the parents can all reach a consensus on a chosen hotel. The team manager can then collect credit card numbers from the parents, or guarantee all rooms to one card. . This list, if kept, can then be used to ease all travels throughout the season.
If a parent or team member either doesn't use or possess a credit card, have them call us to make alternate room guarantee arrangements.

A good rooming list is comprised of 1 name for each room, one credit card number with exp. date per room, and a corresponding home telephone number.

Within 1 or 2 days, (with hotel cooperation) we will either e-mail, phone, or fax your confirmation numbers to you (assuming promptness of the hotel) with which you can distribute to your team.
